There are approximately 7.5 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds and 2.5 carats of baguettes. Included in that total are two 0.75 diamonds in VS2-SI1 clarity, J-K color with the smaller diamonds of similar quality. The brooch has a platinum frame that holds what turns out to be two matching pins. A marvel of design, the pin backs when pulled upright free the two elements from the frame creating two pins. It can be hard to decide what style is preferable, a large brooch or two matching pins. Well, no need to decide, one can have both with ease. As a brooch, the piece measures 3 x 1.25" and looks particularly appealing aligned vertically. As two pins, each measures 1.5 x 1.25". Total gross weight is 49.75 grams.
