Clark McClelland's original sketches from 1956 as an amateur astronomer created a series of drawings made through the 13" refractor with the support of Dr. N.E. Wagman Director of Allegheny Observatory, Pittsburgh, PA. Fourteen (14) total were drawn with 8 being published and praised in the January 1961 edition of Sky and Telescope with a two page article (Full magazine included in lot). In excellent condition.
