Flown fabric American flag, 4 x 5.75" flown aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia during its inaugural flight on April 12-14, 1981. Flag is attached to its original 8.5 x 11 certificate, which reads "Presented to Donald T. Gregory …in recognition of the significant contribution you made to the success of the mission." Certificate also bears printed signatures of the Former Director, Lyndon Johnson Space Center, Christopher Kraft, and shuttle astronauts John Young and Bob Crippen. Many of these COA's do not include Kraft.
