Draped bust of Bahram I to right, wearing diadem and radiate crown with a great korymbos on top and long earflaps; two ribbons rising from behind head; two pellets above the ribbons; legend reads: "The Mazda worshipping Lord, Bahram, King of Kings of the Iranians and Non-Iranians, whose essence is from the god" in Pahlavi.
Reverse: Zoroastrian fire altar flanked by two attendants wearing different crowns and holding scepters. Sunrise 754; Gobl type I/1. Well centered and well struck in deep honey color gold
