Ramon Garcia. "Street Scene". Ramon Garcia, a well-known Southern California artist known for scenic watercolors particularly flowers and landscapes. He was a member of the American Watercolor Society from ca. 1949-1957 hence the AWS below his signature. This also narrows the years for this lovely work which is likely mid-1950s. A pleasant capture of a sleepy cityscape near a shaded park. Artwork is 20 x 24 matted to 18 x 21" we have noted three of his works framed by the same studio using expensive UV protected glass and handsome gilt wood frame. 28 x 31". Beautiful and ready to hang. Estimated Value $350 - 600
