Offered two documents, one from 1900 the other from 1911.
1.) 1911 document, 10.5 x 8.25". Very fine condition lower left corner crease held in check on verso otherwise a wonderful document with a spectacular signature.
2.) 1901 document, 13 x 8". Mounting tape on verso and some damp staining along bottom border, overall toning nevertheless signature remains quite bold.
