Vintage Louis Vuitton trunk, the upright "Wardrobe 85" in very fine, pre-owned condition. One international trip to Japan for 14 days and then stored. Evidence of use and handling comensurate to international travel. Inside, wardrobe remains exceptionally clean with seven suit hangers and one tie or jeans bar. Two "shelves" which can hold shoes and other accessories fold flush against the inside of the trunk closure. Wardrobe is 36 x 22 x 12" and opens top and side. Trunk is magnificently constructed with brass brads and fittings, proprietary LV coated black canvas and leather. There are light scratches to hardware, some scuffing and a bent brad, otherwise in very fine condition. The condition is certainly of a quality that the trunk could be used as a home furnishing piece such as a coffee table which scores of people have done.
