Two Large, Native Silver Specimens from the Batopias Mexico. The Batopias Mine in Chihuahua has proven a treasury of underground native dendritic silver. Offered are two especially nice specimens resplendent in silver leaf and needle formations covering almost entirely the host matrices. Subtle reddish golds are apparent from the mix of copper when formed.
Specimen 1. With umber colored deposit and a vein of silver crystals atop the grey matrix. 38 x 52 x 35 mm and weighing 80 grams.
Specimen 2. Silver wire in abundance on both sides. 16.35 x 58 x 32.5 mm and weighing 42.5 grams
